Responsible Gaming Policy
King Johnnie Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional distress. This page outlines the tools and resources available to help you stay in control.
Our Commitment
We take responsible gaming seriously and have implemented several measures to protect our players:
- Age verification checks to prevent underage gambling.
- Self-exclusion options for players who need a break.
- Deposit and betting limits that you can set on your account.
- Reality checks to remind you of time spent playing.
- Links to professional help organizations.
Setting Limits
You can set the following limits on your King Johnnie Casino account:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
- Loss Limits: Maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.
- Session Limits: Time reminders to help you track your playing duration.
- Wagering Limits: Caps on the total amount you can bet within a timeframe.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, you can request a self-exclusion period. During this time, your account will be deactivated and you will not receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion.
Recognizing Problem Gambling
Ask yourself the following questions. If you answer yes to any of them, you may have a gambling problem:
- Do you gamble to escape problems or relieve stress?
- Have you ever lied about how much you gamble?
- Do you chase losses by gambling more?
- Has gambling affected your relationships or work?
- Do you borrow money to gamble?
